I am so delighted for the opportunity to serve you! I am one of the few native Atlantans, born and raised in metro-Atlanta, so I have a depth of knowledge and love for my hometown. My real estate career began working behind the scenes in advertising at the Morrison Agency, where my portfolio included managing the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns, website development and overall content for condominium developments in Georgia, Florida and Texas. I then transitioned closer to the sales side, working for Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, which, with the shift in the market in the early 2000s, became Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors. Here, as a Marketing Director, I worked alongside the sales teams for each new home community we represented, to generate maximum sales for each property within a specific time frame. This included strategic budget planning and analysis, client relations, supervisory and cross-functional management (including advertising agencies, PR firms, materials vendors, including model home development and staging), brand development and management,  campaign development and management (including direct mailings, advertising, brochures, givewaways, collateral, websites, events, signage and sponsorships), media relations, and communications and social media.

With this vast experience in real estate marketing, I decided it was time to take my expertise and move to the front lines to become a licensed real estate consultant in 2014. I love what I do and, not only do I utilize my marketing capabilities, I also utilize my client service skills to ensure my clients have the best experience possible. Buying and selling (and renting) real estate can be very stressful. I pride myself on my attributes of thoroughness and attention to detail, which results in a more effective and productive experience for all involved (and less risk of surprises along the way). Knowing the importance and understanding the needs of my clients and the value of constant and consistent communication, my goal is to earn your trust - so you are confident and comfortable throughout their real estate transaction process. I can't say that enough!


My marketing experience, industry knowledge, negotiation skills and staging expertise enable my listings to reach the widest possible audience, to find the right buyer at the right price and at the right time - maximizing your property's investment potential. 

And when helping clients find a new home, I treat each client's move holistically, making sure the home type, price, features, amenities, location and school district are always accounted for so you find YOUR dream home that suits YOUR needs and wants. Additionally, I am Relocation Certified and am always excited to help those relocating to and from Atlanta.

When I'm not working, I absolutely love spending time with my three children and my super-supportive husband and my parents, who also live in Atlanta. We are University of Georgia football fans and community soccer and baseball fans too...cheering on our children's team, whichever it may be that season! We love to travel, experiencing different landscapes and cultures, and are always up for a vacation to Disney World!
